The value of Italian real estate funds continues to grow

The value of Italian real estate funds continues to grow, even if they remain still smaller compared to major European countries. According to Scenari Immobiliari, between 2014 and 2017, the NAV (Net Asset Value) of Italian real estate funds will grew from €43 to €50 billion with a growth rate similar to that of the Netherlands but much lower than that of France and Germany. In France, real estate funds Nav is expected to increase from €67 to €112 billion, while in Germany expectations are expected to increase from €128 billion in 2014 to €165 billion in 2017.
